Why should I hire a Clean Inc?

All Clean Inc employees are bonded, insured and have been thoroughly background checked and well trained. We offer professional cleaning and makes house cleaning easy for you. Your satisfaction is our goal.

What type of cleaning that you offer?

We divide our type of cleaning into three : Basic Cleaning (Maintenance Cleaning), Move In Move Out, and Deep Cleaning.

Basic Cleaning is a standard cleaning for maintaining the cleanliness of your home with a regular service or after a Deep Cleaning.

Deep Cleaning is recommended for all new clients whose house hasn’t been cleaned for over than 3 months. The deep clean allows us to give extra attention to areas that require additional scrubbing, polishing, etc.

Move in Move out is a new programme of cleaning service which we offers help for clients who wants to move in or move out. This type of service take 1-2 days depends on things or fixtures that you want to be moved

Who provides the cleaning equipments and cleaning products?

Clean Inc provides all the cleaning equipments and cleaning products.

How many people do you send to my home?

Normally, one uniformed cleaning professionals will arrive to clean your home.

Do you have female cleaner?

Yes we do have female cleaner.

Which part of the rooms that you will be cleaned?

All of the rooms inside the unit such as bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, balcony, and storage room.

How much is the price that I have to pay for cleaning?

We offer reasonable price depends on your apartment area and size of unit apartments.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

Payment can be done by bank transfer before we do the cleaning

What hours are you available?

Clean Inc provides cleaning services from 7 am to 9 pm every Monday to Sunday. Last order is at 7 pm.

What if I want to book for my cleaning?

If you want to book your cleaning, you can call us or book online then our customer service will inform you for the fixed schedule and confirm your booking.

What if I want to reschedule my cleaning?

You can contact our customer service to reschedule 24hrs before the cleaning and we will check the schedule that you request to see if it is available then we will arrange your new schedule. And if it is not available, we will inform/suggest you to another different schedule (time or date).

Do you have monthly package price?

we do have monthly package price based on how regular do you want to use our service.

Can I added additional cleaner to make the cleaning process quicker?

Sure, you have to pay additional Idr 60.000 /cleaner but you have to confirm us first to make sure that cleaner is available or not.

If I sign up for monthly package member, will the same cleaner be in my home each time?

There will be different cleaner who will clean your home because each cleaner has different shift every week. You don’t have to worry because all of our cleaner has the same standard professional cleaning.

Should I tip the cleaners?

It is up to you whether you want to or not. Tipping is neither required nor expected, but always appreciated.

Do I need to sign contract?

You need to sign contract if you are joining as our member monthly cleaning. There’s a form that has to be filled and signed but when you are only using our service once (one off) you still have to fill personal info form for our database
